FAQs

Will I be hungry? No. You'll eat three meals with snacks as you need them. This is about nourishing your body, not starving it.

Is it safe? It's gentle and designed to be well-tolerated. You may notice some minor effects in the first few days as your body adjusts, these pass quickly. It isn't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for certain medical conditions without supervision, and your intake review covers all of this.

Do I have to give up everything I love? For four weeks you'll step back from a few things caffeine, alcohol, sugar and processed food, and reintroduce foods week by week. Most women are surprised by how good they feel and how much they don't miss them.

What about my medications and supplements? Your intake form captures everything you're currently taking, and your protocol is personalised around it. Always follow the guidance prescribed for you.

How are the supplements ordered? Through your own private online link. Its quick, simple and delivered to your door.

Can I do it if I work full-time? Absolutely. The plans, recipes and shopping lists are designed to be realistic for a busy life, and the videos make each step easy to follow.

How often can I do the program? It's a wonderful seasonal reset. I usually repeat it once or twice a year.
