I'm not sure

Cancer care doesn't always fit neatly into ‘during’ and ‘after’.

If you're unsure which option reflects where you are now, particularly if you're receiving longer-term endocrine or maintenance therapy, book a complimentary 15-minute discovery call and we can discuss the most appropriate starting point.

My Approach

Whatever brings you to Lisa Hanlon Nutrition, my approach starts with understanding you, rather than applying a standard diet or supplement protocol.

Evidence-informed

Recommendations are guided by current research and clinical evidence.

Individual

Your health history, diet, pathology, medications, symptoms, lifestyle and goals all matter.

Food first

Food forms the foundation, with supplements used strategically where there is a clear clinical rationale.

Collaborative

Where appropriate and with your consent, I communicate with your GP, oncologist or other healthcare practitioners.

Practical

The best nutrition plan is one you can actually implement and sustain.

Meet Lisa

Hi, I’m Lisa.

I'm a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist with advanced training in integrative oncology and a Master of Research from Western Sydney University.

Cancer treatment and survivorship are particular areas of my clinical and research work, alongside broader clinical nutrition, metabolic health and women's health.

My aim is to help you understand what matters for your health, cut through conflicting nutrition information and turn the evidence into practical recommendations for your life.
