Lisa Hanlon, Integrative Clinical Nutritionist

Lisa Hanlon Clinical Nutritionist

Specialising in Oncology Nutrition, Survivorship Care & Women’s Health

I am a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist based in Cronulla NSW. I specialise in integrative oncology nutrition and survivorship care, helping cancer survivors manage post-treatment weight gain, fatigue, and gut health. I also support women through menopause with evidence-based nutrition strategies, lifestyle plans, and personalised compounded supplements

After losing my sister to melanoma, I saw firsthand the lack of structured survivorship support in Australia. Today, I combine my clinical expertise with compassion to help clients rebuild health, prevent recurrence, and thrive after cancer treatment. Alongside oncology nutrition, I also provide tailored menopause support and holistic health care.

Along with my personal interest in oncology support, my Master of Research thesis focuses on the optimal models of care for the prevention and management of weight gain in breast cancer survivors, an important yet often overlooked issue. Weight gain after breast cancer increases the risk of cancer recurrence, chronic disease, and impacts quality of life. For more information on this research, please visit here.
