At the Hive Health Hub & Dispensary, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. This allows me to provide the level of preparation, care and personalised support your health journey deserves.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $100 administration fee
This also applies to missed appointments (no-shows)
Where more than 24 hours’ notice is provided, appointments can be rescheduled at no cost
This policy reflects the time set aside for you, including preparation and the inability to offer that appointment to another client at short notice.
Consultation Fees
Initial consultation: $260
Follow-up consultation: $130
All appointments are prepaid at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect other clients’ bookings. The full consultation fee will still apply.
Cancer Survivorship Package (12 Weeks)
The Cancer Survivorship Package is a structured, personalised program designed to support you through treatment and beyond. It includes clinical preparation, ongoing support, and tailored nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
Total investment: $1,500 (6 sessions over 12 weeks)
Once the initial consultation has taken place, the package is considered to have commenced and is non-refundable
This reflects the significant clinical time, preparation, and strategy development already undertaken
Where exceptional or unforeseen circumstances arise, requests may be considered at the practitioner’s discretion.

This policy is not about penalties, it’s about ensuring fairness, protecting clinical time, and maintaining availability for all clients seeking support.
Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment or purchasing a package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Consumer Assistance
If you believe your ACL rights have not been met, you can seek help from NSW Fair Trading or the ACCC.
